A tea towel, a hand towel or just something to hang in your kitchen and look gorgeous!
Deep dusty pink with a splattering of mustard spots and a deep tan genuine leather hanger.
Hours of love have gone into creating each of these little beauties, it’s a 4 step process!
- Soy mordanting. The linen is soaked in freshly made soy milk for several hours. This is high in protein, which acts as a natural mordant as it assists the dye in binding to the fabric (improving colour fastness).
- Each piece is then hand dyed in dusty pink dye extracted from avocado skins and seeds (the seeds are high in tannin which also assists with colour fastness).
- Then individually hand painted and heat set.
- Finally the genuine leather hanger is attached.

Care instructions: Both the natural dye and the leather hanger will appreciate an environmentally friendly washing detergent on a cold or warm setting. To keep your leather nice and supple treat it with a little leather conditioner every 6-12months or so.
